It avails US, Canadian and Mexican citizens the opportunity to work in each other’s countries in certain professional occupations. Within the TN set of occupations, an American, Canadian or Mexican can work for up to threeyears.
The TN requirements for Mexican citizens are the same as for Canadians. Both are required to obtain a TN visa at a US consulate. The application process includes an interview and an ink-free fingerprint scan.
