A-3 VISA
This visa is provided to those persons who are the Attendants of A-1 or A-2 visa holders and Personal Employees of A-1 or A-2 visa holders employed in a domestic capacity and paid by the principal.
A-3 Visa is Suitable For:-
1. Attendants of A-1 or A-2 visa holders.
2. Personal Employees of A-1 or A-2 visa holders employed in a domestic capacity and paid by the principal.
3. Immediate family members of A-3 visa holders.
Attendants are persons paid by public funds of a foreign government or international organization who are accompanying or following to join the principal alien (A-1 or A-2 holder), to whom a duty or service is owed. This also includes members of the armed forces of the foreign country. Servants and personal employees are persons employed in a domestic or personal capacity, by a principal alien who are paid by the principal’s private funds. A-3 visa holder is admitted to the U.S. for up to 3 years initially. Extensions may be applied for in 2 year increments. Any extension must be accompanied by a signed statement from the employer stating that he/she has the intention of employing the applicant. A description of the type of work the applicant will perform must also accompany the extension.
HOW TO APPLY?
You have to submit filled in visa application USCIS Form DS-156 (each person should submit separate application). Your visa application must include:-
1. Copy of your unexpired passport.
2. Two color passport size photographs.
3. A copy of your employer’s diplomatic visa.
