Global Allianz offers you, your relative, friends and associates, filing services for Visitor Visa and extension of visitor visa. All foreign nationals who want to visit United States for tourism, business, pleasure or medical treatments must obtain visitor visa from the country of their residence.
Travelers from certain countries are exempted from this requirement. They are issued visa on Arrival. You can check the updated list from USCIS Website.
Generally 10 year multiple entry visa is granted on which you can travel to US any time in 10 years. You are granted permission to stay in US for a particular period of time at the port of entry. You can be granted permission to stay in United States maximum for 6 months/180 days. You may apply for B1/B2 if you want to visit US for any of following reasons.

7.Transit
8.Medical Treatment
9.Air crew new entering United States
10.Scientific conference or Convention
Extension of B1/B2 Visa
1.If you want to extent your stay in US you have to file a request for extension of stay with USCIS before the expire of your authorized stay.
2.To be granted extension you should have a valid reason.
Adjustment of Status/ Change of Visitor Visa to other Visas
You can file for Adjustment of Status once you have arrived in United States on visitor visa and there is a change in scenario or circumstances after you have arrived in United States. The change in circumstances could be one of the following:
1.You get married to a USA citizen or green card holder.
2.You get a job offer from USA employer.
3.You are parents of a USA citizen and have decided to permanently stay in US.
4.You are a child of US citizen or green card holder.
There can be many more reasons for adjustment of status.
